Back at the second Stokey Litfest in 2011, in a tiny room above a pub, drinks writer and social historian Pete Brown plugged his iPhone into a speaker and played a few tunes over a tutored beer tasting. The event evolved into a multi-media show incorporating neuroscience, fandom, beer appreciation and bad jokes, and now packs out the spoken word tent at the Green Man Festival every year, attracting crowds of over 1000. To celebrate the book of the event being commissioned, Pete brings it back to where it started. Your brain is lying to you. You have more than five senses. And you can hear the difference between IPA and stout. Ticket includes four beer samples.
